Welcome to JHE Student Inclusive Conferences (SIC)!
What is the Family’s Role?
You play a key part in your child's learning and you and your child’s active participation and engagement during the conference is needed. During the conference, you will have the opportunity to listen to your child, ask questions, and collaborate on setting new learning goals.
Please sign-up online for a conference time slot within the times offered. There will be a variety of conference times available to choose from including before school, during school, after school, and in the evening.
The upcoming SIC Meetings will take place beginning Monday, Feb 24th to Friday, March 7th at select times.
Take time to consider your thoughts around the Family Reflection Sheet. This will be sent home in the days prior to your conference from your classroom teacher.
With School Appointments you will be able to create an account, enter your child(ren), and then schedule SIC Meeting times for you and your child (please no siblings as this can be distracting) to meet with your child’s teacher. Please take care when making the booking to ensure to book your child’s class teacher.
Appointment scheduling will open Feb 17th @ 9am and will close Feb 24th @ 9am.
You will find the system user friendly, and it will take only a few minutes to setup your account, your children, and your appointments. You must register each of your children with the ’add a student’ button.
Our time slots for each family will be 20 minutes. Please be prompt with your booked times, as this impacts others and time cannot be extended.
