We are excited to connect with you and support your child’s learning. Student-Inclusive Conferences will take place during the week of November 24.

Purpose of Reporting and Communicating Student Learning
Our goal is to keep families well-informed about their child’s progress. Strong communication between home and school is essential for student success.
Families will meet with their child and teacher to discuss learning. While conferences may vary in format, they will include these core elements:

• 20 minutes in length
• Students share Evidence of Learning (work that demonstrates progress)
• Families reflect on growth they have observed
• Teachers highlight strengths and outline next steps
• Together, everyone sets goals for future learning

These conversations about learning, growth, strengths, and next steps will guide the Communicating Student Learning Progress Report.

Conference Dates
• November 26 – Conferences scheduled all day
• November 27 – Early dismissal at 12:33 p.m. for afternoon and evening conferences
• November 24, 25, & 28 – Conferences held before and after school

Booking Appointments
Online booking opens November 7 and closes November 21 at 5:00 p.m.
It is important that you book with your child’s classroom teacher and arrive on time, as appointment times cannot be extended and delays will impact other families.
